REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from BOGNA Sweets, operated by TNM COMPANY.

1. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If an order is delivered in separate shipments, the period begins when the last item is delivered.
